Sleeping and Dreams
Getting a good night sleep is an important part of your health and overall happiness. Sleeping well can insure you are rested for the next day and able to perform properly at work and school. Lots of things can interfere with a good night sleep from babies crying in the middle of the night to having a lot on our minds. People in general require different amounts of sleep to function properly throughout the day although the recommended amount of sleep is typically 8 hours.
